Spy-to-Creative

Terms of service

Last updated 12 September 2026

Spy-to-Creative is a web application that reads a competitor's active advertisements from the Meta Ad Library, ranks them, and writes new advertisement drafts for your own product. These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Spy-to-Creative ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

Who sells you the subscription

Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every paid order. Paddle handles the payment, the invoice and the sales tax, and their buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms. We never see or store your card details.

The account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox: anyone who can open it can open your account. You must be at least 18 years old and you are responsible for what is done under your account.

Plans and billing

New accounts get 3 free generations. Pro costs US$49 per month and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices may change, and we will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change affects your subscription.

What you may and may not do

The advertisements we show you are public records published by Meta in its Ad Library. We use them as reference material: the drafts we generate reuse the structure of an advertisement — the hook, the promise, the objection it answers — and are written for your product in your words. We do not copy a competitor's text, images, trademarks or brand name into your drafts, and you must not use the service to do so. You must not use the service to impersonate another business, to make claims about your product that are not true, or in a way that breaks Meta's advertising policies or any law that applies to you.

What we generate is a draft

Output is produced by a language model from the description you write. You are responsible for checking it before you spend money on it — in particular any claim about price, results, guarantees or health. We do not promise that an advertisement will be approved by Meta or that it will perform.

Your content

You keep the rights to the product description you write and to the drafts generated for you. You give us permission to process them in order to run the service. We do not sell your content and we do not show it to other customers.

Availability

The service depends on third parties — Meta's Ad Library among them — and it can be slow, incomplete or unavailable. We do not promise any level of uptime. If a generation fails for a reason on our side, tell us and we will restore the credit.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost advertising spend, or any indirect loss. Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be removed by contract.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used for fraud, or that puts the service or other customers at risk. If we close your account without cause, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell subscribers by email when the change is material. Questions go to hello@spytocreative.com.
